释义	複決 fù jué对法案重新议决。是根据宪法或相关法令规定，由选民对宪法或一般法律重予评估的直接民权之一。其功能在抑制并补救立法机关的专横和疏漏，加强选民对政府的监督。我国宪法规定由国民大会代表全国国民行使选举、罢免、创制、复决四权，并于民国五十五年八月八日由总统公布国民大会创制复决两权行使办法。
