释义	祕獄 mì yù也称掖庭狱。汉代专指幽囚罪人于皇宫掖庭而不作公开审理的监狱。据《汉书．刘辅传》载:成帝欲立赵倢伃为皇后，先下诏封倢伃父临为列侯。辅上书谏止。书奏，上使侍御史收缚辅，系掖庭秘狱，群臣莫知其故。光禄勋师丹、太中大夫谷永俱上书保辅，极言旬日之之间，收下秘狱之不当，其于治亲养忠之义，诚不宜幽囚于掖庭狱。于是上乃徙系辅共工狱，减死罪一等，论为鬼薪，终于家。秘狱
