释义	山公啓事 shān gōng qǐ shì晋代山涛任吏部尚书，擅于擢拔人才，每有官缺，均先亲自选题数人，写成奏章，密启皇帝选录，然后公奏，故举无失才，时称为「山公启事」。见《晋书．卷四三．山涛传》。后用以称扬荐贤举能，知人明鉴。山公启事罢，吉甫颂声传。《唐．张九龄〈奉和吏部崔尚书雨后大明朝堂望南山〉诗人间只有嵇延祖，最望山公启事来。唐．李商隐〈赠宇文中丞〉诗》山公启事
