释义	匱盟 kuì méng谓缺乏诚意的盟会。《左传·成公二年》:十一月，公及楚公子婴齐、蔡侯、许男、秦右大夫说、宋华元、陈公孙宁、卫孙良夫、郑公子去疾及齐国之大夫盟于蜀。卿不书，匮盟也。于是乎畏晋而窃与楚盟，故曰'匮盟'。杜预注:匮，乏也。孔颖达疏:私窃为盟，盟终不固，此盟是匮乏之道也。一说，匮应读为?，谲诡权诈之意。见清刘文淇《春秋左氏传旧注疏证》。私下为盟。卿不书匮盟也，于是乎畏晋而窃与楚盟，故曰匮盟。《左传．成公二年》匮盟
