释义	公单 gōng dān旧中国上海钱庄在票据清算过程中用以划抵款项的凭单。凡钱庄持有应向他庄收款的票据﹐当日不能取现﹐只能分送各庄﹐领回公单。人欠收进公单﹐欠人发出公单。每晩﹐各庄集中在汇划总会凭单进行轧算﹐称为轧公单。旧中国上海银行业同业公会联合准备委员会发行的一种信用凭证。该会凭各银行缴存的房地产、货物、外币证券及国外存款、现金币或现金条等财产﹐照评价七折﹐发给三种凭证﹐其中一种称公单﹐占四成﹐可代替现金﹐流通市面。公單
