释义	八一三事变 bā yī sān shì biàn亦称“淞沪会战”。1937年七七事变后，日本侵略军为了占领中国的经济中心，迫使国民政府投降，于8月13日大举进攻上海。中国守军奋起抵抗，淞沪抗战爆发。国民政府下达全国总动员令，调集七十万大军投入淞沪战场。日军兵力也增至三十万。11月5日，日军一部从杭州湾登陆，迂回守军侧后。中国守军被迫撤退。12日，淞沪陷落。
